Three management tips from Anthony Arillotta (from another interview)
- make sure everyone around you makes lots of money; share your success
- never ask your crew to do stuff you wouldn't do; so Anthony would always go with his crew to put a bat to someone or shoot them
- make sure you got the best crew--in Anthony's case that meant he had THE most violent crew in town
