Cities' "Doom Loops" Are Even Worse Than You Imagined | Charles Hugh Smith
"I would rather find myself in a developing-world city than an American downtown, at least there would be people around. Many American downtowns are literally apocalyptic."

What Water Should You Drink? | A Midwestern Doctor
"Zeta potential, briefly, quantifies the tendency of particles that are (colloidally) suspended in a solution to clump together or remained separated and dispersed from each other. The degree of clumping present, in turn, determines how freely a fluid will flow, so when individuals have an impaired zeta potential, it will cause fluid stagnation throughout the body.
This
fluid stagnation is often immensely consequential as almost every part
of the body depends upon a healthy fluid circulation (e.g., people’s
legs swell when fluid gets stuck in them and can’t flow back out). The
consequences of an impaired zeta potential are particularly apparent in
the blood, as once blood cells begin to clump together, the circulation
significantly diminishes and severe conditions like blood clots or
strokes can follow.
Note: I consider impaired zeta potential to be the root cause of many illnesses."--A Midwestern Doctor

The Real Enforcement Mechanism for the Constitution
The Real Enforcement Mechanism for the Constitution
4 essential points
- Governments are going do what governments do – violate rules give to them
- Just telling them to stop doesn’t work – they’ll still try to enforce their usurpations
- In the federal system – when a bunch of states refuse to go along – the feds lack the resources to enforce
- But most important – that requires the people to refuse to comply – because there’s nothing to enforce if the people just obey.
